Been so caught up with work I haven't had much time to work. I know that's not really a good excuse but I think it's my way of saving face for not working out. I'm also falling back on the fact that I hurt my neck, but should a pinched nerve stop me from running? I don't think so.
Lot's been running through my head and it's really bogging me down. My out let of working out no longer has the same appeal. I hope that if I start up again it'll help relieve all the stress.
Just some randome shiet. Too much to think about. Too much to stress about.
