After working out drilled, but did not roll due to my neck.
Rollie-Pollie drill
- roll from one leg to another
- should be able to see your partner's face (not deep)
- like an armbar when using your hips and legs to generate momentum
Taking back from Rollie-Pollie drill
- opponent pushes legs down
- use rollie pollie drill to get deep underneath them
- take back similar to x-guard movement
Tri-pod
- remember to have foot off ground, if you do not you are not in tri-pod
- extend leg to get foot off ground
Alan Goes sweep
- same concept as above, get foot off ground
