AM workout

Woke up at 5:30am to get a workout in and burn off all the crap I ate this weekend.

3 miles (no time cause my battery died)

Cooldown:

10 reps each arm with a 36 lbs kb:
Snatches
Clean and jerk
Presses
Swings
Windmills (5 reps per arm)
Pull ups

250 situps
