1. Matta Leo
- over under grip
- use under to open collar
- does not need to be extremely deep, wrist should be on side of neck
- under grip opposite lapel
- scissor to finish, get back away
- when finishing on the side be sure to get off elbow
2. Matta Leo variation
- swing opponents arm out, should be pulling at the elbow
- slide arm across neck (like RNC)
3. Clock choke
- same grip as #1 bit opponent is turtled
- secure lapels and walk around, putting prressure on head
- can opt to weave arm between opponents legs instead
Rolled 6 rounds for warm up with 30 second rest.
