1. Modified matta leo
- under grip goes to collar (behind neck)
- over grip is same as we've practiced
- punch neck, direction should be outwards aiming under the over grip
- slice throat with over grip
2. Transition to armbar
- from over under
- push off hip to create angle, other leg comes across waist
- switch under grip to grabbing lapel, securing their arm
- push off hip again and aim leg for shoulder
- over grip transitions across face to push away face
- use top leg to push on shoulder the eventually on the face
Rolled once due to time constraints.
