Posture:
- one arm in collar protecting
- other arm defending
Escape #1:
- knee them (same side you will be hipping out to)
- dig elbow inside while getting to side
- frame
- foot drag or heel hook/x-guard
Cheat (for foot drag):
- place knee flat on mat (on side)
- bring knee to elbow
Keys:
- after kneeing them, getting to the side and digging the elbow. MUST become smooth and one motion
Drill: Backpack
- keep seat belt while guy rolls around
