Was a great ride. PJ really pushed me hard especially towards the end and on hills. It was an interesting start to the ride as we saw a coyote running across H Street.
I'm pretty sure it was a coyote, but a part of me thinks it was a wolf.
Overall great ride. I need to do some ab work tonight because of the wolf picture above. Was hoping to get some yoga in too to get the legs loose.
