Got to the gym early to get some deadlifts in.

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps

225 lbs all 5 rounds.

Didn't try and get all fancy with it. Who knows what I would have hurt had I gone heavy. Next time I'll try and pyramid the weight.
